Security Operations Center Specialist Summary: Provides system monitoring and reporting for Security Operations and business partners across the enterprise to ensure the safety of all employees, contractors, and visitors. Monitors a variety of complex systems to control building access and record management. Handles confidential and sensitive information requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures. Prepares reports for all levels of security management. Other tasks as assigned. Tasks: - Monitors and provides oversight for geographically separate locations. Prioritizes and directs the response to alarm monitoring. - Monitors and provides building access using intercoms and access control systems. - Provides reporting for complex work assignments and problem resolution in support of department metrics.
