Brief Summary

                            Security Receptionist

Job Summary:
•	Provides front desk support services to assigned unit and performs administrative activities ensuring positive visitor experience. 
•	The ideal candidate will bring excellent customer service skills, high integrity, coupled with an excellent work ethic and a professional demeanor.  
	
Job Duties/Tasks:
•	Receive and greet visitors in a friendly manner.
•	Manage the Visitor Management System.
•	Answer incoming calls and provide friendly and meaningful assistance.
•	Educate visitors, answer questions and provide a great visitor experience.
•	Maintain the lobby desk and inventory.
•	Follow visitor procedures and protocols.
•	Report safety concerns, security breaches and/or unusual circumstances to management.

Minimum Experience:
•	Working knowledge of spreadsheets, data retrieval, and word processing software. 
•	 Customer service • 3 years.

Minimum Education:
•	HS diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Experience:
•	3 years related work experience.
•	Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with ability to work independently.
•	Strong interpersonal skills- regular interaction with the public/visitors.
