                            Scrum Master/IT Technical Project Manager Mid.

Minimum Requirements:
•	At least two years project management or scrum master experience
•	Familiarity with Agile Methodology
•	Experience facilitating
•	Proven ability to handle / resolve conflict
•	Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
•	Ability to manage frequent change quickly
•	Project administration
•	Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
•	MS Office experienced user
•	Experience building project schedules
•	Quick learner

Preferred Requirements:
•	Familiarity with Rational Team Concert or similar team collaboration tools
•	Project Management Professional or Scrum Master Designation
•	Experience with industry software development methodologies
•	Agile Project Management training
•	Scrum Master Certified
•	Domain expertise in ITSM/ITIL, Service Desk, and/or software development lifecycle
•	Ability to identify and facilitate quick resolution of issues
•	Experience reporting project status to stakeholders
•	Experience using ServiceNow
•	Experience with a project management scheduling software 

Job Duties: 
•	Prepare and maintain project schedules
•	Provide direct support to project managers on project deliverables
•	Compile project data and produce project reports
•	Provide expertise on technical tools and project templates
•	Provide guidance and support to project managers on deliverables, transitioning through the project phases and overall health of the project
•	Provide expertise and support on technical tools, project templates and project status for team members
•	Provide subject matter expertise on incident management systems
•	Attend necessary meetings and stand-ups
•	Work directly with software development team
•	Gather requirements from customers
•	Create work based on those requirements
•	Manage team workload
•	Provide expectations to customers, management and developers
•	Manage scheduled change and releases
•	Participate in Change Advisory Boards
