Purchasing Agent (Services) Job Description: We need someone with a strong background in Services Purchases Orders while understanding the contractual terms and conditions which apply to Services type purchases. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; 6+ years Purchasing, Sourcing or Buying services with a Purchase Order experience. Strong working knowledge of redlining and negotiating services type contracts. Strong analytical, relationship management, and negotiation skills. Expert knowledge with services Purchase Orders in an ERP system. Expert knowledge of Electronic Sourcing/Contracting Systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, eProcurement, ERP system). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Expert knowledge with PeopleSoft 9.2 or greater version services Purchase Orders.
