Brief Summary

                            Member Advocacy Specialist Mid.

Job Summary:
Conducts research and documents member complaints and feedback on behalf of the executive’s office.

Job Duties/Tasks:
Researches simple to moderate member transactions, interactions, service issues and account information.

Analyzes data to identify root cause and documents all research, findings and applies appropriate coding to meet regulatory guidelines.

Other tasks as assigned.

Equipment Knowledge:  Computer, fax, and telephone.  Use of typical software includes spreadsheet, word processing, e-mail, web browsing, and typical. Other software would include Customer databases and pricing software.

Work Schedule:  
Hours will be between 8am and 5pm. 

Minimum Experience:
2 yrs data entry experience using multiple systems.

Minimum Education:
High School diploma (or equivalent).

Preferred Experience:
Combination of 2 yrs Investment/Life Insurance industry insurance.

Cognitive reasoning.
Attention to detail.
Communicate on behalf of Company leadership.
