Job Role
This role is responsible for the engineering of new solutions, configuration of the infrastructure and is an expert for Cisco Unified Communication configurations. This position involves working with multiple lines of business, third party contractors, and support staff to design and implement complex technical solutions based on standards and processes that meet the strategic needs of the business. This role also leads the effort to support, document and resolve issues that arise during implementation. This may include reviewing designs, recommending improvements and implementing alternate solutions to the architecture. 
This position is required to interface with our customers and the candidate should be comfortable building a presentation strategy for executives. This includes presentation skills both personally and technically. This requires a multi-faceted individual that is capable of coordinating activities of the project team, assisting in the monitoring of project schedules, cost analysis, and direct implementation and configuration of the core infrastructure. 

Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; 4+ years experience in a technical capacity supporting a network or infrastructure or application configuration; Experience installing, maintaining, and configuring network, infrastructure and applications specific to Cisco.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
1.	Proactive monitoring of Voice Network Tools (Network Performance Monitor, E-Map, Call Detail):
a.	Check network performance and availability.
b.	Monitor blockage and overflow to ensure all trunk groups are being used efficiently.
c.	Report/ manage voice trouble tickets and escalations.
d.	Break/Fix, troubleshoot Voice Network anomalies.
e.	Provide confidential “Call Detail” report to different lines of business.
2.	Manage the Voice Network (Provisioning/Maintenance):
a.	Interface with vendors in the installation of voice services.
b.	Schedule and manage voice network cutovers.
c.	Relocate facilities to eliminate single points of failure.
d.	Identify network excess to cut down expenses.
e.	Maintenance, Interface with 3rd Party Vendors.
3.	Vendor, weekly provisioning reviews
4.	AT&T Business Direct Platform “System Administrator” in support of the following applications: (Call detail, Network Performance Monitor, Electronic Maintenance, E-Map, Analyze Voice Network Data, Billing, etc).
5.	Support “Call Center Design” on Network Routing problems.
6.	Support “Voice operations” on Network/PBX related problems.
7.	Support the ACC on Voice Network related issues.
8.	Support “Right Fax operations” Provisioning/ Network Maintenance.
9.	Support “High Volume Dialer Application” network issues.
10.	Support the Legacy Local Network in San Antonio.
11.	Support Voice Network issue for Staff Counsels and Financial Centers.
12.	Support Maintenance issues with Teletech.
13.	Support Maintenance issues with Sykes.
14.	Support Maintenance issues with Teleperformance.
15.	Monitor and Support “Nuance” Network.
16.	Toll Free Network Surveillance.
17.	Maintain a complete detailed inventory of the company Voice Infrastructure for better utilization of the network.
18.	Available 24/7 for any Voice Network related problem.
19.	Support Security on “Fraud & TRS” issues.
