Brief Summary

                            Administrative Assistant – Part Time
 
Administrative support for the Diversity and Inclusion team, including coordinating and scheduling team meetings, preparing materials for meetings, note taking, event planning and coordination, organizing and maintaining digital files, and ensuring team website information is up-to-date.

Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma Required.
Up to 1 year of related experience to include multi-tasking in a fast-paced and complex business environment required.
Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite of products, including managing email/calendars, scheduling, and preparing presentations 
Tech savvy, including experience using virtual/remote meeting technology for hosting and presenting 
Passion for diversity, equity and inclusion efforts
