Job Overview:
This role will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing digital product landing pages for insurance products displayed on its eCommerce platform. 
Manages relationship and expectations with insurance product line leadership (i.e., Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, Motorcycle Insurance, Small Business Insurance, etc.). 
Develops, prioritizes, advocates, socializes, and delivers a 12-month digital product landing page roadmap for enhancing existing digital product landing pages and creating new digital product landing pages. 
Researches and analyzes insurance competitor’s and other best in class digital product landing pages and creates associated recommendations that influence the digital product landing page roadmap. 
Monitors digital product landing page performance, identifies areas to improve and creates associated recommendations that influence the digital product landing page roadmap. 
Partners with cross-functional teams (e.g., insurance product line leadership, SEO, Content, Design, Compliance, Legal, etc.) to create and optimize digital product landing pages.
 
Required Experience:
2 + years’ creating, managing, and optimizing digital product landing pages on eCommerce platforms.
2 + years’ interacting with key stakeholders, understanding their opportunities and requirements, and creating associated recommendations to address their opportunities and requirements that influence the digital product landing page roadmap.
2 + years” researching and analyzing competitor’s digital product landing pages and other best in class digital product landing pages and creating associated recommendations that influence the digital product landing page roadmap.

Designs, tests, and implements conversational VA designs using Voiceflow / visio / Figma and AWS Lex, user experience principles, conversational design.
Identifies and troubleshoots application issues.
 
Required:
5 years experience in a conversation design role

The role involves performing business decision development for clients looking to modernize or upgrade existing business decision processes and systems. You will be responsible for the Development and testing of business decisions as directed by the business rules development lead.  You will help develop and deliver key business decision for our internal project teams.
 
Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience working in a Business Rule Development role for the design, development, and implementation of large-scale solutions.
• 2 years of knowledge and understanding of ODM development and testing. 
• Experience evaluating business requirements and working to implement functional requirements into BRMS API microservice (IBM ODM).
• Postman experience is a plus. 
• Proven ability to develop task plans, manage time effectively across simultaneous project activities, and meet target deadlines.
• Experience with Java developing routines that are above & beyond the rule representation (User Defined Functions).
